MEET THE UBLS

FOUNDER & MASTER ROOFER
JAMES UBL
James Ubl didn’t just step into roofing—he put in the work, from the ground up. No handouts. No shortcuts. Just a kid grinding on rooftops, learning the trade the right way. He worked for some of the best and worst in the industry, seeing firsthand the difference between real craftsmanship and cut corners.

With no investors and no safety net, he launched UBL Roofing with one goal: set a new standard in an industry flooded with cheap work and empty promises. Today, UBL Roofing is recognized as one of the top roofing companies in Jersey City—built on skill, reputation, and an unshakable commitment to doing things the right way.

James takes pride in personally overseeing every project, mentoring his team, and ensuring clients get the quality and transparency they deserve. Because for him, this isn’t just a business. It’s the craft he built his name on.

"I'm not in the business of Roofing. I'm a Roofer."
Recognized by IRWIN’s Trade Strong campaign, James embodies the grit, skill, and passion of a true craftsman.

OPERATIONS & CREATIVE
CLAUDIA UBL
Claudia Ubl isn’t just running operations—she built UBL Roofing into the brand it is today. Before roofing, she was shaping local businesses through marketing and strategy, mastering how to make companies stand out in crowded industries.
When James set out on his own, Claudia got to work—rebranding his Instagram, designing the UBL image, and launching the business before they even said “I do.” Since then, she’s transformed UBL Roofing into more than just a roofing company.
From authentic branding to viral content, industry recognition, and a seamless client experience, Claudia has redefined what a modern roofing company looks like.

Because for Claudia, this isn’t just business—it’s about building something real.

“What does she know about roofing?!”
“She’s just the office girl.”
Being doubted makes it that much better when you’ve surpassed every expectation.

No investors. No backup plan. Just two people who bet on themselves—and won.
