Our client called us stating they noticed some water damage in the property but the roof was only one year old and this was a full gut renovation. After performing full roof inspection findings included improper details and faulty installation. From this report we were contracted to rip the entire roof and install a brand new modified rubber roof. Upon completion our client received a full deck of photos of the project and now have the roof they deserve.
